Hi, I’m Liisa, a blessed mom of nine beautiful children—all born at home—and a certified THW doula. From my own experiences with home births, to supporting my children and many other families through their birthing journeys, I’ve come to see birth as one of the most sacred and awe-inspiring moments in life.

I’m passionate about walking alongside families during this incredible time, offering gentle guidance, comfort, and encouragement. My care includes support with pain management, relaxation techniques, coping strategies, and emotional reassurance. I also provide postpartum visits, practical tips, and assistance to help you feel confident as you settle into life with your little one.

Whether it’s creating personalized birth plans, offering breastfeeding guidance, or newborn support, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

I believe that children are a blessing from the Lord, and my heart is to help families feel calm, confident, safe and supported throughout the birthing process. It’s my joy to help you achieve a memorable birth experience as you welcome your baby into the world.

I’m honored to serve families in home births, birth centers, and hospitals. I accept private insurance and OHP.
