I am here to help empower you so you can have the birth experience that YOU want. Whether you are expecting your first bundle of joy or your 5th, I will be by your side with the calm, nurturing energy to help guide them into this world surrounded by nothing but love and peace. I am a very empathic person that connects to you soul to soul to build a connection with you to help put you at ease so that I can hold space for you, however that looks to you. My priority during a birth is YOU, but I am also a support person to your partner, as well. I enjoy explaining the process to them and love teaching them techniques for them to help you in ways that will benefit you during your birth. I am here to help guide your birth along in however you envision it; if that means advocating for you with Doctors and Nurses, I am here to speak up for you or explain to you what is happening at every step so you have an awareness during your most vulnerable time during labor. I bring in a variety of powerful crystals, music and a diffuser to help change the atmosphere of your birth space to something that is sacred and protected in every realm. I am deeply spiritual and believe that the space I hold for you during your birth is profoundly grounding and supportive, allowing you to experience everything you want to experience.

I enjoy supporting every family that is open to including a Doula into their support team. I have helped single moms, first time parents and families that are bringing a new sibling into the World.
